With its 5″ woofer, the T5V’s low frequency response extends down to 45Hz. The new U-ART tweeter, a revolutionary solution for use in high-resolution recordings and budget mixing, reaches down to 25kHz and is coupled to a precision waveguide with the same control characteristics as the High Frequency Propagation (HFP) waveguide used in ADAM Audio’s flagship S-series monitors. The waveguide’s uniform high-frequency dispersion provides an incredibly wide sweet spot that frees you from being constrained to a rigid mixing position while working. A beveled cabinet with a rear-firing bass reflex port and a small footprint that allows you to place it anywhere, and it contains a DSP-controlled crossover and equalisation and multi-way analogue connections. Powered by a 50W Class D amplifier for the woofer and a 20W Class D amplifier for the U-ART tweeter, the T5V produces an SPL of up to 106dB per pair. Excellent acoustic characteristics, small size and an outstanding cost/performance ratio make this studio monitor perfectly suited for use in small control rooms for music, video and broadcast production. If you need to hear more bottom-end, the T5V is compatible with ADAM Sub7 and Sub8 subwoofers.

Weight

5,7 kg

Dimensions

17,9 x 29,7 x 29,8 cm

Dimensions woofer

5″

Maximum consumption

132W

Frequency response

45 Hz – 25 kHz (-6 dB)

Max SPL 1 Meter

≥106 dB

Type tweeter

U-ART

Sensibility

-10 to +4 dB

Impendence

10 kOhm / 20 kOhm

Audio input

XLR / RCA

TheADAM T5V biamplified audio studio monitor with 5″ woofer is an extremely affordable two-way nearfield monitor, optimised for small control rooms.

[48226

ADAM Audio: Professional Studio Monitors

Discover German precision from ADAM Audio, a leader in studio monitors.
