Specifications

The Nanlite SB-PR-150-Q parabolic softbox 150cm with Bowens mount is a 16-sided softbox with a deep parabolic design that also creates a wraparound quality and natural-looking illumination while increasing directional control. Its “Quick-Open” design makes it much easier to set up and break down, compared to traditional softboxes that require the assembly of rods and speed rings. Front 1-stop and 2-stop diffusers are included to help you achieve the desired look, and an included carrying bag holds everything for storage and transport.

In addition, the Para 150’s silver reflective interior maximizes brightness output while the removable front diffuser softens it and reduces contrast. In addition, the parabolic shape also creates illumination with an enveloping quality and natural-looking lighting. The built-in depth of 43″ produces focused light with greater directional control, minimal stray light, and remarkable attenuation.

Accepts optional fabric grids. To achieve greater control of light dispersion and directionality, an optional fabric grille can be mounted via touch fasteners. The fabric grid narrows the beam angle to 60 degrees and focuses the light beam forward. The fabric grille is sold separately.
