Specifications

The Swit S-4607 bidirectional SDI/optical converter is a mini converter that allows SDI to be converted to LC single-mode optical fiber and simultaneously convert optical fiber to SDI. It is widely used to transmit SDI long distance and bidirectionally. It is possible to use 2 x S-4607 to transmit SDI via optical fiber and bidirectionally. The reliable transmission distance is 20 km. The mini converter is powered by a DC plug socket. The package includes an AC-DC power adapter, and you can also connect the DC cable from 6-18V batteries. The S-4607 has 3 LED indicators to check if power is connected and if the SDI input/output is recognized. The S-4607 mini converter adopts an aluminum alloy unibody housing, which is robust for field use and can effectively protect the BNC connectors. The S-4607 has 1/4-inch bottom thread for attaching to cameras, and an installation plate is provided in the package for wall mounting and attaching BNC and fiber optic cables.
