The Swit S-4605 SDI to optical converter is a mini converter for converting SDI to LC single-mode optical fiber, widely used for long-distance SDI transmission. The S-4605 converts SDI to optical fiber at the encoder end, and the SWIT S-4606 can be used to convert optical fiber back to SDI at the decoder end. The reliable transmission distance is up to 20 km. The S-4605 has 2 LED indicators to check if power is connected and if the SDI input is recognized. The mini converter is powered by a DC plug socket. The package includes an AC-DC power adapter, and you can also connect the DC cable from 6-18V batteries. The S-4605 mini converter adopts an aluminum alloy unibody housing, which is robust for field use and can effectively protect the BNC connectors. The S-4605 has 1\/4-inch bottom thread for attaching to cameras, and an installation plate is provided in the package for wall mounting and attaching BNC and fiber optic cables.\n<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
