Specifications
The Teranex Mini converter SDI to audio 12G separates audio from the SDI video connection in SD, HD and Ultra HD and transmits 2 channels of analogue audio via XLR connectors of balanced audio, HiFi RCA or fibre optic, or up to 4 channels of AES/EBU digital audio. It is ideal for converting and routing SDI audio to a wide range of devices including mixers, iPods, analogue broadcast decks and audio monitors. Professional XLR connections are switchable between balanced analogue and AES/EBU digital audio. The Ethernet port on the rear will allow you to manage the Teranex Mini remotely, or alternatively it can be used for power over Ethernet. If you don’t want to use power over Ethernet, you won’t have to deal with bulky power supplies, as the Teranex Mini converter SDI to audio 12G has a built-in 90-240V power supply, and all you’ll need is a standard IEC power cable, sold separately.
