Drop-in baseplate 2006, compatible with Manfrotto 501PL, is designed for camcorders. It helps you to quickly shift between run-and-gun mode and tripod mode. It has multiple 1/4″ – 20 and 3/8″ – 16 threaded holes for mounting options.
Specifications
Drop-in baseplate 2006, compatible with Manfrotto 501PL, is designed for camcorders. It helps you to quickly shift between run-and-gun mode and tripod mode. The baseplate is equipped with two jutting M3 screws, so that you can adjust the plate forwards and backwards but at the same time it ensures the camera attached above will not drop out accidentally. A locking lever on the side of baseplate is utilized to lock the plates and the lever is firmly locked by a buckle. The camera can be secured on tripods, monopods, cradle heads, rails and lifting bases and locked by clamp. There are multiple 1/4″ and 3/8″ threaded holes around the plate for mounting options. Two Allen wrenches are included for adjusting the safety screws.
