Samyang deals with the production of optics and accessories for photography, cinema and TV. It was founded in 1972.
The optics in the catalog are mainly of the non-autofocus type.
Samyang produces lenses with Nikon, Canon, Sony-Minolta, Fujifilm, Pentax and micro 4/3 mount as well as a vast assortment with T-Mount mount, to be used with adapter rings.
The catalog offers a wide range of focal lengths, from 7.5 to 500 mm, ranging from fish eye to wide angle, to medium telephoto, to telephoto lenses both with lenses and reflectors, to end with a telephoto zoom (650 – 1300mm) and a 24mm decentralizable (for perspective control).
